A commercial license for jCodeMunch, an MCP server that runs on your own machines and gives AI coding agents the one function they ask for instead of the whole file. You pay once and keep it. There's no subscription and no renewal.
Personal, academic and other non-commercial use is free. You need a commercial license if you use it inside a for-profit company, in a product or service you charge for, in internal tooling that supports revenue, or in SaaS, consulting or agency work. That's the wording of the license itself.
| License | Covers | jCodeMunch | All three tools |
|---|---|---|---|
| Builder | One named developer | $79 | $99 |
| Studio | Up to 5 developers at the same organization | $349 | $449 |
| Platform | Unlimited internal use across one organization: shared servers, CI, internal tooling | $1,999 | $2,499 |
All prices are one-time. "All three tools" is jCodeMunch, jDocMunch and jDataMunch together.
jMunch, LLC, the copyright holder named in the license. J. Gravelle wrote jCodeMunch and runs the company.
You have 30 days from purchase. Use it on real work with the anonymous savings telemetry left on. If it hasn't paid for itself by then, email j@gravelle.us from the address you bought with and you'll get what you paid back. Full terms: the guarantee page.
It's anonymous and on by default: a random ID plus aggregate token counts, with no code, no paths and no personal data. Switch it off any time with share_savings: false in config.jsonc, or JCODEMUNCH_SHARE_SAVINGS=0. The product works the same either way. The guarantee covers installs that ran with it on.
By card through Stripe, on the pricing page. Each license has its own checkout link, and Stripe emails the receipt.
Need an invoice or a purchase order? We can invoice your company on 30-day terms. Write to j@gravelle.us. The same address handles enterprise terms, an SLA or a custom deployment.
Once you've paid, we won't market to you.
